Pilates and Yoga Sessions
Group classes are a dynamic and fun way to workout, not forgetting the social aspect whether in person or online! The faster pace and more general instructions challenge you to take more ownership of your chosen method. Group classes are a cost effective option if you want to get your mindful workouts in but cannot commit to private sessions.
In person or online private sessions are a great way to re-educate the body how to move better and more efficiently, while concentrating on your specific movement needs. In our studio privates we can use the Classical Pilates equipment, small props and/or yoga props for a rich, full body experience. Whatever props you may have in handy can be utilized in both Pilates and Yoga sessions online to get more out of your full body workouts at home.
