Pilates and Yoga Sessions
Group classes are a dynamic and fun way to workout! The faster pace and more general instructions challenge you to take more ownership of your chosen method. Group classes are a cost effective option if you want to get your mindful workouts in but cannot commit to private sessions.
In person or online private sessions are a great way to re-educate the body how to move better and more efficiently, while concentrating on your specific movement needs. In our studio privates we can use the Classical Pilates equipment, small props and/or yoga props for a rich, full body experience. Whatever props you may have in handy can be utilized in both Pilates and Yoga sessions online to get more out of your full body workouts at home.

Group classes are a dynamic and fun way to workout, not forgetting the social aspect whether in person or online! They also are a cost effective option if you want to get your mindful workouts in but cannot commit to private sessions. Although an occasional private session is highly recommended to get more value out of your group classes!
Tailored Group Classes – Pilates & Yoga
Create a time specific class tailored to your specific needs for your own group of family, friends, students or colleagues. Classes can take place in your own space/premises or online. Why don’t you get your people together and start upping your well being by moving first well, then more, all the while enjoying each others company!
Private Sessions – Pilates and Yoga
Are you recovering from an injury or operation? Want to improve your performance in your activity? Or simply want to feel better and stay pain free? Private sessions are a great way to re-educate the body how to move better and more efficiently, while targeting your specific movement needs. By uniformly developing your body with the aid of classical Pilates equipment, you will experience a full body workout that leaves you invigorated! To deepen your Yoga practice, in private sessions you will learn personal adaptations to get more out of your poses and build towards more challenging ones, as well as figure out how to best use props while working on your specific needs of mobility or strength.
Corporate Classes
Many companies are more interested in their employees well-being and have realized how by offering workplace Pilates and/or Yoga classes can help reduce sick leaves.
