These open level classes are designed to kickstart your mornings and make you feel awake, alert and alive. A mix of yoga and pilates with some lymphatic and vagus nerve stimulation thrown in, will get you going and help beat the winter blues! 10 classes start on February 1st for 5 consecutive weeks for 65 euros.
